How to book a rental
Tell us what you need
Choose your unit type (coldroom, freezer, VIP toilet, modular structure, etc.), rental dates, and delivery location. Use the booking form or contact form.
Receive your quote
We confirm availability, delivery cost, and total price including any reservation fee. Nothing is final until you accept the quotation.
Prepare your site
Ensure level ground, vehicle access for delivery, and power supply where required (see site checklist). For VIP toilets, plan guest numbers and servicing access.
Delivery & handover
We deliver and position the unit nationwide. Our team explains operation, waste/water handling (toilets), and return collection at the end of your rental period.
Choosing the right unit
Chillers (around 0°C) suit drinks, vegetables, dairy, and same-day catering. Freezers (-5°C to -20°C) suit meat, fish, poultry, ice products, and longer storage. Our catalogue lists each model with max temperature and ideal uses — from compact single-axle units to large double-axle trailers.
As a guide, plan at least one VIP unit per 50–75 guests for premium events, plus extras for peak times. Construction sites often need separate male/female or multi-stall trailers. Our TwinBay VIP (2-door) and TriSuite VIP (3-door with urinals) are built for high-traffic use with flush systems, basins, and solar options.
Using insulated panel technology we manufacture mobile offices, guard houses, clinics, salons, hatchery rooms, accommodation, spaza shops, container conversions, and mobile kitchens. Custom sizes and layouts are available — share your floor plan or operational needs when you enquire.
Rent for events, short projects, or seasonal demand (daily, monthly, or long-term contracts). Buy when you need a permanent asset or run a hire business yourself. We also offer repairs, maintenance, and bespoke manufacturing either way.
